Stage 1 enjoyed a fabulous excursion to Solitary Islands Aquarium where they learnt a lot of new information about various creatures found in the ocean around our part of the world. 

The experience was very interactive, students got to hold numerous sea creatures - some of the class were even squirted by a sea cucumber! There was also the opportunity to look in the tanks, use microscopes, go fishing for magnetic creatures and pretend to drive a boat! 

We finished off our day with a play at Brelsford Park. It’s safe to say all were happy but exhausted by the time we got back to school!
